2. Description of Service

Distilo is a learning platform that provides AI-generated deep analyses of books, including audio narration, flashcards, knowledge graphs, and spaced repetition tools. The service is available via web and mobile applications.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person may not maintain multiple free accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute AI-generated analyses without permission

5. Intellectual Property

AI-generated analyses, flashcards, and audio narrations are created for your personal learning use. The underlying book content remains the property of its respective authors and publishers. Distilo's platform, design, and technology are proprietary.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or as a one-time lifetime purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Distilo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as authoritative sources.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
